I got tired of the adjustable forehead support for the BMC Full Face Mask (FM) breaking and costing me a fortune in time and money getting repacements from China. I also found that the 3 levels of adjustments were not perfect for my handsome face. This is far stronger and a better fit for me - and I am sharing the Fusion 360 file in case you wanted to make any adjustments. I hope you find this model useful. I printed with 65% infill just to be sure, which took over 8 hours to print, however, I feel you could drop that down and still have plenty of strength there. I printed with supports and with the tip of the forehead mount and the tip of the strap clips touching the build plate and the arm going up like a picturesque arced bridge at sunset - this makes for the best surface being on show when you are wearing your sexy CPAP mask at night.
