I modified the original STL using OpenSCAD to perfectly suit my specific needs. It probably won't work for anyone else, but it was a perfect fit for my application, so I decided to share it just in case. If you have: 1) A 2018 BMC Crossmachine CXA01 2) Swapped the crankset with a Shimano Hollowtech II 130-BCD crankset 3) Have a 38T ring mounted on the outside position (for better chainline) The sphere in the seattube cutout fits perfectly into the predrilled hole for the front derailleur, and the cutout diameter is slightly larger to allow an old innertube to be wrapped around it for extra support. I printed it sideways (cutout faces up) which makes the narrowest part stronger. Since layers are printed sideways, there's less chance of them shearing if/when the chain hits the narrow tab on the outside. I used 20% infill and it seems pretty strong so far. If anyone wants the hackjob scad file, just send me a message, but keep in mind that it wasn't created with modification in mind.
