MGN Carriage Mount & MK3 Locker I encountered a couple issues with the BLV Mod upgrade on my AM8. The M3 screws that hold the E3D Hotend wouldn't tighten due to stripped nut pockets and spinning nuts. Additionally, the M3 screw threads are not strong enough and tend to strip out. I resolved this by using zip-ties to secure the MK3 Locker and E3D until I could redesign and reprint parts. I upgraded the screw size to M4 and relocated the nut pocket so that all sides of the M4 nuts are held in place. This modification requires (2) M4 x 20-25mm screws and at least (2) M4 washers. I faced challenges when tightening the mounting nut, so I increased the space above the sensor mount to allow for easier tightening of the mounting nuts. 3030 Fan Mount I reinforced the top and bottom of the 3030 fan mount as the first printed version broke in half. 5010 Fan Mount I added a recess to hold the M3 nut so it wouldn't spin when tightening the mounting screws for the 5010 fan. Infill percentages used in printing are indicated in the file name.
