This is my somewhat modular mount for the Precision Piezo Orion. I tried to make it as compatible with the original BLV parts as much as possible. The mount plate has been modified so that the extruder is attached to the front plate of the X-carriage, which reduced excessive movement with the original BVL design. It also makes hiding wiring easy, since the whole motor and extruder can be removed as a single piece. I've also included a version that should work for a bowden setup but haven't used it myself. Finally, the hotend mount fits into a slot in the back plate and is held there by M3x5mm screws (longer ones depending on what you have). It's modular, as it uses a design based off the Railcore 2 design by cynacle_owl, with the protective O-rings included. The hot end cooling fan screws to the front of the lower mount for the hot end. I've got my probing code set up on my Duet to turn off the fan briefly while probing and then turn it back on after that to remove interference. Mounting it this way keeps the potentiometer on the top accessible for adjusting if you use the digital input. I've also included my back cover to hide the wiring, which includes a mount ID 10x10 drag chain with the rear post.
