BLV mgn Cube optical endstops

Optical endstops for my BLV mgn Cube. The X-endstop will work seamlessly with the original design. I've included all modified parts for either a bowden setup or a BMG direct drive setup. I've also incorporated my own modifications for the BMG direct drive, which boasts improved cable management and a more open "block shield" to prevent cables from getting pinched. A slight tweak on the XY-joiners is necessary - I've replaced the middle M3x45 screw with a M4x45 screw and nut instead. This was due to some difficulty sourcing longer M3 screws than 35mm, but M4 was readily available in abundance. I've included the `.step` files if you prefer not to use M4 screws so that you can easily revert back to M3. I utilized M3 threaded inserts for mounting the X flag. However, if you don't have these lying around, you can easily adjust the diameter of the holes to 2.8-3.0mm. Please note that the Y-endstop will currently **NOT** be compatible with Ben's original design! It all comes down to the differences on my machine. His design uses 36.751mm between the top and middle aluminum extrusion, while mine uses 41.00mm - a difference of 4.251mm that needs to be adjusted somewhere, either on the optical endstop mount itself or the flag location or both. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to fix this right now, but I've included the `.step` files for easy modification. If you do find a solution to this, it would be greatly appreciated if you share and let me know, then I can link to your solution. Todo: * Make the Y-axis optical mount compatible with the original BLV mgn Cube * Add two dowel pins to the BMG motor mount for better stability. It's currently mounted with a single M3 screw and nut. Change log: 2019-06-03: Added a wide version of the Block shield, enabling easier installation of LED lights in front of the hot end.
