<p>This is a remix of the original BLV Cube: <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3382718">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3382718</a><br/> Since Thingiverse no longer works, I post my remix here.</p> <p>List of major changes:</p> <ul> <li>Double mosquito bowden hotend setup</li> <li>The limit switch mount on the left is increased so 10T85 switch can fit into it</li> <li>Removed 40mm fan</li> <li>Add LJ12A3-4-Z sensor mount</li> <li>Replaced M3 nuts with brass M3x4mm threads</li> <li>Shorten the fan duct</li> </ul> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Marlin Configuration.h:</p> <h3>define HOTEND_OFFSET_X { 0.0, 18.8 }</h3> <h3>define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { 9.4, 23.5, 0 }</h3> <p>BOM:</p> <ul> <li>Screws form original BLV project</li> <li>2x mosquito hotend clones: <a href="http://ali.pub/4pqors">http://ali.pub/4pqors</a></li> <li>1x 10T85 or similar limit switch</li> <li>A few M3 x 4mm brass threads: <a href="http://ali.pub/4pt3xx">http://ali.pub/4pt3xx</a></li> <li>5015 radial fan</li> <li>LJ12A3-4-Z sensor probing</li> </ul> <p>How to assemble:<br/> Insert the brass thread into the 4mm holes of the plastic parts (X<em>carriage</em>-_double_mosquito_locker, X<em>carriage</em>-_Front_plate_For_double_mosquito, X<em>carriage</em>-_Rear_plate) using a heated soldering iron (as in the video: <a href="https://youtu.be/-ZlDRSxjoqY?t=243">https://youtu.be/-ZlDRSxjoqY?t=243</a>).<br/> Then you can assemble the design as in the original BLV Cube model.<br/> Watch the video on the assembly of the printer, there is a moment with the assembly of the hotend.
