BLV mgn Cube Door Hinge
thingiverse
I fabricated two hinges to secure the plexiglass door I crafted for the cube. The holes are precisely centered to accommodate an aluminum extrusion with a 4mm gap in front for the plexiglass and a 6mm plywood panel on the side. If your panels are thinner, you can use spacers to ensure a proper fit. The hinges were printed in PLA and seem to function flawlessly so far. The holes are designed to accommodate 5mm bolts. Due to the complexity of the design, I had to rotate the two parts to print them flat on my bed, as exporting them directly from Fusion was not possible.
