UPDATE 23.08.2020 - I added 19 mm and 22 mm tolerance test STLs, so you can tune your printer/slicer before printing the parts. They print fast - 19mm is for corners, and 22 for lead screw bearings. When printing these PC-ABS or any hard filament is recommended, due to pressure of the bearing. Only middle washer is needed when installing the bearings. NOTE: the parts have 0.2mm sacrificial layer in holes - so you can print them without supports. Best results use 0.2mm layer height. 50% infill and 4 or more perimeters is recommended. I sliced these with Cura and the parts are very accurate. When printing make sure that your printer is "dead" right calibrated, and scale the parts X/Y plane according to the schrinkage ratio (for example PC-ABS has about 0.5 so scale 100.50) In cura I used 0.08 hole expansion setting. For leadscrew bearings I used 0 hole expansion setting. (Do not use horizontal expansion) Do not scale Z direction. The corner piece top corner holes are 6mm diameter, to fit to any type of extrusions. original has 5mm.
