This mod enables users to utilize the entire standard printer's printing area of 350x350x350mm by employing an easily accessible bed. The chosen bed is a Creality CR-10S with a dimensions of 410x410mm. Moving Extrusions: Place the 405mm long 2020 extrusions in the specified configuration and move the Z axis extrusions back to a distance of 190-195mm from the front upright extrusion. Remove or lower the front 2020 extrusion used for mounting the front panel, ensuring it clears the Z carriage extrusions when in their lowest position. If necessary, adjust the back panel. Printing Files: Print two copies each of the bed mounts named Bed Mount.stl and Bed Mount Mirrored.stl. This part can be paired with a zip-tie to secure the solder pads on the bed; use the file Bed Mount Cable Strain Relief.stl for this purpose. For printers with at least 290mm of printable length, print the slim front panel to maintain a similar appearance to the original. The files included are designed for printers with clone 4,3" Paneldue displays and consist of: Front Panel Left 4,3 paneldue.stl, Front Panel Right.stl, Right Back.stl, and Left Back.stl. A .step file is also available for easier modification. To accommodate the tight space caused by the front 2020 extrusion, a printed 7mm extended socket can be used to adjust bed leveling; refer to Bed Leveling Key.stl.
