BLV corners for tapping m6 screw

I'm having trouble finding a suitable remix for my project, which involves an M6 extrusion of a 2040 profile that's been stuck with the challenge of tapping at four corners. The screw head is about 12 mm in size and requires me to use a Dremel to get the job done. I've decided to replace the original holes with new ones for easier access.
