I'm modifying small bed adjustment knobs, so I created a larger one with an extended neck that fits Ben's bed mounting brackets perfectly. The nyloc nut is positioned near the top of the knob, eliminating the need for an excessively long M3 screw to make it work. (see transparent photo) The nyloc nut hole tolerance is extremely precise, and I'm planning to publish several variations with different hole sizes to accommodate various printer calibrations. Keep in mind that any "elephant foot" that forms will need to be trimmed from the hole before installing the nut.
