BLV AM8 MGN 12 Adapter for Prusa MK3S Style Extruder

This is a Direct Drive extruder mount designed specifically for use with BLV's MGN12 Mod on the AM8 printer. I had a specific goal in mind when I set out to add a Direct Drive extruder to my printer: using leftover parts, particularly my Titan. After spending considerable time trying to fit a direct drive, I discovered that there isn't a suitable way to mount a titan on this printer due to the thickness of the X-Axis - it forces the hot end too far out from the X-Axis, sacrificing valuable Y-Space. During this process, I stumbled upon the modular carriage with an adapter for MGN12 (in perfect orientation!) and the Titan. After printing and fine-tuning it a few times, I was still dissatisfied with the results. At this point, I decided to attach a Prusa MK3S extruder to the BLV mod. This can be obtained for the price of a plastic plus around $10 for the drive gears (approximately $50 if you don't want cloned gears). I modified the Prusa X Carriage and the MGN12 adapter from the modular project, and designed a backplate cover with cable management in mind. It's worth noting that I have printed this mount, but I'm still waiting on parts to be able to use the extruder. There may be some unknown flaws in the design. I printed this at .2mm resolution with 40% infill so it would be strong. It might be a bit overkill, but you can decide that for yourself. To install the adapter, print one of every piece except the Belt Clamps; you will need two of those. In terms of hardware, you'll require: - 2 x M3 Square Nuts - These will allow you to screw in the belt clamp - 2 x M3x10 Screws - Attached belt clamps to the MGN12 Adapter - 4 x M3x6 Screws - These attached the adapter and the cover to the MGN12 Block You'll also need various M3 screws (ranging from 10mm to 40mm) to build and attach the MK3s extruder.
