Blum hinge jig

I've crafted a jig specifically designed for Blum "Euro style" hinges, as none of the existing options met my requirements. To ensure maximum usability, I've implemented several key features into this custom design. Once flipped over onto the edge of the door, it clearly indicates which set of holes to utilize for the hinge or bracket. The process is simplified by following a straightforward sequence: use the large marking to drill a 35mm / 13mm deep hole with a Forstner bit, then create a pilot hole for the hinge holes. Next, replicate the line on the cabinet and align it with the bracket holes. This jig has been successfully printed with 50% infill and without any supports required. I employed Simplify 3D to slice the design and printed it on my Flashforge Creator Pro.
