Wee-Bot: Bluetooth-Controlled Arduino Robot by Kevin Mercer http://www.KevinRMercer.com Overview: These plans allow you to build a simple and affordable robot that can be controlled via Bluetooth and an Android device. Two continuous rotation servos are used, making a motor driver unnecessary. This robot utilizes an Arduino Uno/Genuino with individual signal, voltage, and ground breakout pins, eliminating the need for a breadboard. The servo harnesses plug directly into the Arduino board, as do the wires for the Bluetooth module. Materials: 1 x Arduino/Genuino Uno Development Board with Breakout Pins 2 x Continuous Rotation Servo Motors (With Horns & Screws) 4 x 4 - 40 Machine Screws & Nuts, 1 inch each 4 x 4 - 40 Machine Screws & Nuts, 1/2 inch (.5) each 1 x 9 Volt Battery & Harness 1 x HC-06 Bluetooth Module 2 x LED's (Optional) 2 x Rubber Bands (Optional) Several Small Zip Ties Command Strips or Adhesive-Backed Velcro (Optional) Bluetooth RC Controller (Android Application) ***The two-part Arduino tray was modified from Zygmunt W.'s original design at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:628929 Links: Development Board https://www.amazon.com/keyestudio-Atmega328p-Development-Interface-Compatible/dp/B01E8LKITO/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1519247529&sr=8-5&keywords=keyestudio+arduino Bluetooth Module https://www.amazon.com/KEDSUM-Upgraded-Bluetooth-Wireless-Transceiver/dp/B00OLL9XH0/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1519247571&sr=8-5&keywords=hc-06+bluetooth+module Motors https://www.amazon.com/FEETECH-FS90R-Pack-Continuous-himalayanelixir/dp/B074BFQC3Q/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1519247607&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=continuous+rotation+servo Battery Harness https://www.amazon.com/5pack-Battery-2-1mm-Arduino-Corpco/dp/B01AXIEDX8/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1519247646&sr=1-1-fkmr1&keywords=9v+battery+harness+arduino Bluetooth RC Controller Application https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=braulio.calle.bluetoothRCcontroller&hl=en Power Bank (Optional) https://www.amazon.com/Aibocn-External-Battery-Charger-Flashlight/dp/B013HIR1Q2/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1515901925&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=power+bank&psc=1 Tips: - Once each servo is fitted, you will need to enlarge the existing hole or create a new one for the 4 - 40 machine screws. Alternatively, clip off the wing portion with small snips. - Any cross-shaped or circular servo horn works. Each wheel requires only two machine screws for attachment. - If your car gets too little traction on slick floors, add a rubber band to each wheel. A 3 inch by 1/4 inch (.25 inch) band is ideal. - Continuous rotation servos may require "zeroing". If a motor rotates when it shouldn't, adjust the small Phillips screw on its bottom side until the motor stops rotating.
