Bluetooth Speaker (BOSE Design)

Bluetooth Speaker (BOSE Design)

thingiverse

This design was originally created by BOSE but I adapted it for experimental purposes to meet my specific needs. For a 3-inch loudspeaker powered by a Bluetooth receiver and the TPA3116D2 2x50w power amplifier, as shown in the photos. You can also choose an appropriate power supply, such as a 19v laptop power adapter. While I opted against using a lithium-ion battery, you may still consider it if desired. I crafted my cover from wood planks; for superior performance, wood is recommended over plywood. If you prefer to build with wood, you will be pleased with the results. This design can serve as a draft pattern for CNC routing or hand-cutting with a fine saw. The outcome will surpass 3D printed PLA. Note: I added a .par file for editing purposes; I used SolidEdge ST10 in metric form to create this design.
