Bluetooth Mini Track Loader Charger
thingiverse
I have designed a charger for my mini bluetooth controlled track loader. This innovative creation enables me to recharge the track loader using a standard phone charger with a micro USB plug. The device also allows real-time monitoring of the battery's cell voltage within the track loader. When no USB cable is connected, it displays the actual cell voltage; when a USB cable is plugged in, it shows the charging voltage. To check if the charging process is complete, I simply glance at the two small holes on the bottom of the device. This clever design ensures that I'm always aware of the track loader's power status. Here are the essential components required to build this charger: 1. A voltmeter with a 0-10V range can be purchased here: https://goo.gl/2HiWuQ 2. A micro USB 1A Lithium Battery Charging Board is available at: https://goo.gl/8sNed9 3. 2-pin SH size connectors can be found here: https://goo.gl/r2ni9r 4. Wire with a 26AWG gauge is necessary and can be purchased at: https://goo.gl/FHaNNT Optional tools for this project include: * A PAD-11 Crimp Tool, which can be acquired at: https://goo.gl/U5KtBk
