Bluetooth Headphones - MK1
thingiverse
This is my attempt at recreating a hull for my Bluetooth headphones, which finally broke, and disassembling them. The goal is to remove any destructive design elements from the headset, such as glue or having to cut wires connecting the two earpieces of the headphone. After a first unsuccessful try at just copying and patching the original design, I decided to redesign it from scratch, keeping only the speakers and electronic board. That's going to be the next stage, I guess. You can now assemble and disassemble this headphone without any tools or destructive operations, making it easy to replace broken parts or customize them freely. To print this design, you'll need one of each part (although some left and right parts are identical, it's easier to print each file separately). As I haven't printed it yet, consider it a beta version.
