My new band broke too, so I decided to scrap the copied design and create something tailored for 3D printing instead of trying to modify it from injection molding. I'm keeping the original black friction sliders and screws, but everything else can be easily replaced. I built this in OpenSCAD, but not very well - you might need a newer version because older ones don't support rotate_extrude().
