I had issues with my old Yeti malfunctioning, and the problem seemed to be a faulty connection due to worn-out connectors. The store where I purchased it informed me that this is a frequent issue with this particular model. To prevent similar problems with my new Yeti, I created this cable holder/wiggle protector. Its purpose is to keep the connector from moving around in the socket, which can lead to a poor connection over time.
