The Blue Ridge Tunnel, also referred to as the Crozet Tunnel, is a historically significant railroad tunnel constructed during the building of the Blue Ridge Railroad in the mid-19th century. This tunnel was the longest and westernmost of four tunnels engineered by Claudius Crozet to traverse the Blue Ridge Mountains at Rockfish Gap in central Virginia.
