Originally published in "Wood" Magazine's September 1990 issue, this project was modeled using Solidworks 2016 software. The rendered images were then edited with Simlab Composer 8 Mechanical Edition, while the frames were processed with Virtualdub and saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. MyMP4BoxGui was used to remux the video into MP4 format, and Gifs were created using PhotoScape software. IrfanView was utilized for editing the renders. Both 3D-PDF and SIMLAB files are animated and can be accessed in various formats including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 8, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, DWF, and FBX.
