I crafted custom replacement handle end caps for Blue Point and Snap-On tool carts. They should fit snugly on any of their tool boxes as well. The design is versatile enough to accommodate round tubing with an inner diameter of approximately 29mm. If you want a tighter press fit, simply scale up the entire print by 102%. Enjoy printing! Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .16 Infill: 25% Notes: I opted for a higher resolution to achieve a more polished finish. A lower resolution will still produce acceptable results, though. Support from the build plate is necessary, and the print time is approximately one hour.
