This is a simple pen looking like a BIC pen. Made with Blender. Blend file is attached so you can export it the format you want (.obj, .fbx, .dae and .gltf are also attached). For the transparent plastic, you need to manually set the transparency to whatever you prefer in your software. It is also easy to change the color of the pen by modifying the texture color.
