Blue Microphones Yeti Shock Mount

This is a shock mount I designed specifically for my trusty Blue Yeti microphone. To assemble it, you'll need about 1-2 meters of 1/8" bungee cord - just to be on the safe side. When putting the arms together with the clamps, applying small dabs of hot glue will make the process much easier. The good news is that no extra hardware is necessary at all. You can simply use the thumbscrews that come with your Blue Yeti microphone to mount the clamps directly onto the body of the mic, just as it's designed to do. No need to spend any extra money on additional hardware - just a length of bungee cord will do. If you have a mic adapter that you're currently using on your mic holder, don't worry! Most adapters can be removed with ease, and you'll find that the exact tab width varies from model to model. If yours doesn't fit, no problem - many mic holders come with boom arms included, which are easily available on Amazon if you need one.
