Blue Jays Coaster, flattened
thingiverse
The original design had a bevel on both the top and bottom edges. Although these bevels are slight, they can significantly impact the print quality when larger prints are made. Specifically, the skirt may adhere to the bottom edge, causing issues with flat bottom glasses. Furthermore, a noticeable lump forms in the middle of the top edge. To address this issue, I flattened both the top and bottom edges. Additionally, I adjusted the indentation settings for optimal results. Two larger prints were created at 90mm wide and looked excellent when completed.
