I engineered this Quadcopter with the objective of making it quicker to assemble than other DIY kits available today. The features include: ARMS The four arms and main plate form a single structure, eliminating the need to bolt them together. Each arm was designed specifically for 3100KV motors with 5 MM shafts and M2 screws. Two pairs of slots on each arm allow for routing cable ties. The maximum width of each arm is 40 MM, accommodating up to 6A ESCs. Arm thickness is 2 MM, supported by a 5 MM wide and 10 MM thick under skirt that adds rigidity while also acting as landing gear with a wide load distribution. Main Plate The main plate measures 60 MM in width and 200 MM in length, providing a stable platform for placing Micro FPV cameras, VTX, FC, RX, and a 2S battery in the same plane. Eighteen M3 holes are evenly spaced across the body for mounting various accessories. The outer holes form a 30.5 square inch area suitable for mounting CC3D boards. Horizontal slits enable routing wires and velcros. The main plate is supported by a 5 MM wide and 10 MM thick under skirt that adds rigidity while also acting as a landing skid. Accessories A 10 Degree tilted FPV Camera Mount and Tail are included for adding an Rx or its antenna. This Quadcopter is designed to be not extremely fast, making it ideal for FPV beginners. My goal is to create a quadcopter similar to the Blade 180 QX with the power of brushless motors. I plan to assemble this Quadcopter on my own when the print is ready.
