These files will let you print a spacer block and housing spacer to fit a mini grinder speed control to your older model Biax. The speed controllers are found in budget 5" angle grinders. You will also need 50mm long 3.5mm screws. Switch/socket faceplate screws are this size and easily available. I have included F3d and STL files so that you can edit them to suit your purpose. I have printed these in PLA and PetG. PLA required the thickness to be increased to prevent the sleeve spacer from splitting so I have done that. They should be a good snug fit on the casing so that the rear cover doesn't move about in your hand but if they are too tight try scaling by 100.5% for an easier fit.
