Blu

I designed Blu, a small character, back in 2010 as a base model for a Blender 3D course. He features prominently on the official Blender for 3D Printing DVD I released with the Blender foundation. Since then, I've used the model extensively across various projects and as a starting point for numerous other characters, including Dorus the dragon. A massive version of Blu was printed at Protospace.nl in Utrecht, Netherlands, on an extremely tall Ultimaker 3D printer. I'd like to thank them for allowing me to use their facilities, as well as Harma for her invaluable assistance with printing the large scale model!
