Updated the design with some clearance to simplify assembly and increased thicknesses for added stability. I haven't tested it yet, so let me know if it works as expected! A step file is provided for modifications. Thanks to @mediaman Design for creating this lock. It's designed to prevent patio umbrellas from spinning around when tilted to block the sun. This design is optimized for a 37mm umbrella pole, but may also work with sizes ranging from 36-38 mm, although it hasn't been thoroughly tested.
