UPDATE: 10/10/2019: I've discovered that this design severely restricts airflow to the Titan Aero heatsink, leading to the extruder clicking and losing traction on the filament due to heat creep. To temporarily resolve this issue, I've mounted a 40x20mm fan in place of the stock 40x10 fan, and removed the probe and mount from my printer after mapping out my mesh. Your results may vary, and I'll need to design a new mount to overcome this problem. Many thanks to Noz40 for the original design. This remix is slightly thicker around the mounting holes and designed so that the end of the retracted (up) probe aligns with the heater block floor. I've successfully used the following offsets: Y offset: 41 X offset: -9 Z offset initially 0, adjusted according to my bed. ABS or PETG! My prints were made in PETG as shown in the pictures. For optimal printing results, orient your print with the triangle lying flat on the bed and the mount "shelf" pointing upwards in the Z-direction. I used M3 bolts and nuts, adding some between the BLTouch and the mount to space it correctly relative to the nozzle according to the manual (2.3 to 4.4 mm).
