This is a custom spacer for the BLTouch Auto-Leveling sensor, designed to work seamlessly with modified X Carriages and the BLTouch. I've created this spacer specifically for the chimera style hot end that comes standard with the Tevo Tarantula, which requires precise positioning to ensure optimal performance. The desired height of 50mm from the carriage bottom to the extruder tip is crucial, and my design takes into account the 34.5mm working length of the BLTouch sensor, resulting in a spacer thickness of 15.5mm. I've utilized Fusion 360 for this custom design, making it easily customizable for other printers using the Customizer tool.
