He was encountering problems with washers and springs, which made it a hassle to add or remove them as needed, so he upgraded these components in Fusion using diameters of 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, and 10mm. This modification made it simpler to insert or remove the parts to achieve an 8.3mm offset for his Bltouch. He has also included the Fusion file so that others can create their own custom spacer size if needed.
