I'm replacing the existing extruder fan on my ANET A8 3D printer with a new cooling system to improve its overall performance and reduce noise levels. To begin, I disassembled the original fan housing from the print head. This involved removing several screws that held it in place. Next, I connected the new fan's electrical connections to the existing wiring harness. The new fan is quieter and more efficient than the old one, producing less vibration and heat. The new fan's mounting system is designed specifically for the ANET A8, ensuring a secure fit without any modifications needed. This allows for easy installation and removal of the print head.
