Moving critical files to a brand-new account has begun. BLTOUCH shims are carefully prepared in two sets, each containing two identical thicknesses of 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, and 4mm thick materials. These precise shims ensure the correct distance between the nozzle and the bottom of the bltouch is achieved. A soft emery board and an exacto knife are used to thoroughly clean each shim. Printing has commenced with a fine resolution of .04, utilizing a 50% fill rate.
