This is a remix of the “print-fan-support” part, but with a BLTouch mount. If you have a custom printer with the MK3S/S+ extruder, this design will be handy if you prefer the BLTouch probe.I recommend that you mount your BLTouch to the part before attaching it to your extruder.If you are curious, my MK3S+ extruder has a geared extruder motor mod. That's why the motor is in an unusual position. That does not affect the BLTouch mount compatibility.The original part was designed by Prusa Research.
