BLTouch mount for the HyperCube 3D printer using the updated extruder mounting. I had trouble finding one that I was sure was for the new mounting and that allowed a few mm of adjustment as the BLTouch specs look for so knocked this one up. Has the specified hotend clearance (at least for an E3D V6) as well. Screws into the same place as the inductive probe mounting but uses a slot instead of holes to allow some vertical adjustment. It isn't especially rigid but I haven't had any issues yet. My Configuration.h for Marlin 1.1.9 is included, don't assume it will work for you but use it as a base. The main thing you will want from it is the probe offsets. To fix the probe to the mount I just used two M3x10 screws and Nyloc nuts with washers. To drive it from my RAMPS 1.4 I needed to add a jumper between VCC and 5V to get the 5V on the servo output (checked with a DMM before hooking up). Otherwise just followed the standard BLTouch instructions. I'd recommend running the BLTouch autotest sequence and moving up your bed by hand (slowly) to trigger the probe to ensure it triggers before the nozzle strikes the bed. Once you are homed you'll need to dial in your real Z offset for the probe, which will obviously be different for everyone. Note that I am using the BLTouch Classic, not sure if there are any differences for the BLTouch Smart. If printing ABS you'll likely need to use auto-slowdown since the top layers are very small and the top won't print well if they don't get time to cool on their own (no fan on ABS).
