I prefer printing over glass for its shiny finish, but this renders inductive sensors obsolete. Capacitive sensors are also notoriously inaccurate due to various external factors such as heat and humidity. To address these issues, I've opted to install a TLTouch (BLTouch clone) on my Hevo. The mount I designed for it replaces the original 12mm sensor with no need for changes to existing 3D printed parts.
