A few changes were needed to get this to fit on my Ender 5 Plus. I went with spacers to adjust the Z. On the Micro Swiss Direct drive there was no need for the cut out area so I removed it to increase strength. This will print with no supports . Settings Y: -17.5 mm X: -43.8 mm and Z will depend on spacers used.
