Submitted is my approach for mounting a genuine "BL-Touch" sensor onto the "stock" ANET A6 extruder head. It attaches to the "X" carriage with CA adhesive, boasting a zero offset in the "X" axis and 49mm offset in "Y". Clearance (with M851=0.0) after touch-off is 3.5mm when the probe retracts. The main body features a notch on its center line, facilitating setting the "X" offset to zero – precisely 22mm from the right face of the carriage. The sensor mounts to the main body by lightly clamping around the top barrel where the coil is wound. The sensor is mounted with the PCB facing forward and the ribbon cable passing vertically through the front clamp (see pictures). Two M3x10 screws and captive nuts hold the clamp firmly in place on the main body. The sensor remains rigidly perpendicular to the bed, necessitating no "Z" position adjustment. I've utilized this arrangement for over a year, consistently achieving 100% repeatability. A critical note: due to its solid design, it's essential to exercise caution and avoid crashing the sensor probe into any rigid surface.
