BLTOUCH Holder for Folger Tech FT-5

I fabricated a custom holder for my FT-5 hot end by combining the BLTOUCH holder designed for the FT 2020 i3 with the cooling block spacer. Since the stock hot end of the FT-5 lacks a dedicated holder, this solution was necessary. However, I couldn't utilize the original BLTOUCH holder due to the difference in cooling block configuration between the two machines. On the FT-5, the cooling block does not protrude on the left side, making it incompatible with the 2020 i3's holder. I encountered two variations of this custom design. The #2 version is 2mm lower than the #3 version. To enhance accessibility and reduce the likelihood of jams above the cooling block, I elevated the heat break tube above the top of the cooling block. This adjustment necessitated using the #3 version. Depending on your setup, you may need to add spacers to lower the BLTOUCH to achieve accurate up and down positioning. My calculated offsets resulted in -27 X and 27 Y values. The Z offset for me is 1.05, but this figure can vary based on how you assemble your hot end. I recommend considering mirroring this design in your slicer software so that the BLTOUCH is positioned on the opposite side, away from the cable chain. This modification will be implemented at a later time, when circumstances permit.
