BLTouch Bracket Mount for Tenlog TL-D3 Pro

I couldn't find a BLTouch mount for the current (5/2022) version of the BMG extruder for this printer so I made one. There's no great place to attach it, but I used the M2 bolts that hold on the part cooling fan. They should have enough extra length. I hate the red LED in the BLTouch so I also made a cover for it so I don't have to be blinded by it when I'm trying to watch my first layer go down. You don't have to use the cover if you don't like it. If you use the cover, it's designed to be held on with 2 M2.6x10mm button head sheet metal screws. I included two versions of the base plate - one for use with a hot melt threaded insert, and one if you want to just thread a bolt directly into the plastic. Both are designed for an M3 bolt. The threaded insert size is M3x5mm(wide)x3mm(deep). The bracket is adjustable, but I also included a version that is not adjustable that may put less stress on the screw if you're threading directly into the plastic.
