I took a fantastic bit of design and engineering to mount a BLTouch sensor, tweaking it to work seamlessly with the Folger Tech 2020 Prusa i3. The specifications that came with the BLTouch required an 8.3mm gap between the end of the hot tip and the sensor, so I created a small 8.3mm cube as a measuring tool to get it dialed in perfectly. Now, if I can muster up the courage to modify the Marlin code and connect the device, I'll have the BLTouch up and running. To get started, you will need: * 3 M3 nuts * 2 M3 washers * 2 M3 x 8 hex heads for BLT mounting * 1 M3 x 25 hex head for BLT adjustment * 1 ballpoint pen spring for BLT adjustment Print Settings: * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer: Folger Tech 2020 Prusa i3 * Rafts: Doesn't matter * Supports: No * Resolution: .2 * Infill: 50%
