BLTouch 3D Touch Support for Creality

I support BLTouch and clones for Creality Ender and all CR-10 and 10S S4 S5 models. I made some small changes to the old support for accessibility to the bolts and to prevent them from loosening over time, now they must be screwed on, thus preventing loosening and the danger that once they are loose they fall on the prints. These are my printer settings, which aren't all the same as everyone else's.
