I wanted to boost cooling efficiency using a blower fan, so I created this solution. Two versions were designed - one is mounted over the auto-level probe's feet and the other stands independently. Since it is positioned between the arms, its placement does not hinder the effector's movement. Early results have been impressive, far surpassing my old pair of 120mm fans with their minimal airflow. I printed both models using a 0.2 mm layer height, 100% infill, supports, and brim. It is crucial to check the supports generated by your slicer - Cura's performance varied greatly depending on the part's location on the plate. To ensure optimal printing results, I printed two parts simultaneously, allowing enough time for each layer to cool completely. Note that a well-insulated hotend can prevent energy loss due to the blower; consider using ceramic insulation or designing a duct that won't compromise airflow.
