This is an adapter for a "blower fan" (Amazon Link Below) that I have used to attach a tube to so that I can use it for cooling my tap tower for my kegerator. I am using a 3/4" ID tube, but the outer part of the opening is 23mm. The 3/4" tube needs to be heated up and stretched over it.
