Blower fan duct for Titan Aero extruder
thingiverse
I reworked my old 3D printer Flyingbear P902 on X-bot kinematics on rails and installed a high-quality Titan Aero extruder, which I actually purchased from Trianglelab in China, and what it lacks in authenticity makes up for in performance. To start printing with low-temperature plastics like PLA, I needed to upgrade the cooling system. I printed several one-layer and one-and-a-half layer options but found that two-way blowing produced the best results. The model comes in two standard formats for ease of use. The fastening mechanism secures it firmly to the extruder radiator at three points, resulting in a snug fit that barely increases the extruder's size in the horizontal plane. I used a turbine type fan measuring 5020. P.S. In the photos where the blowing effect appears particularly striking - this is after applying an acetone treatment.
