I bought an aluminum X carriage for the Titan Aero (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Aluminum-Titan-Aero-X-Carriage-motor-mounting-bracket-F-Prusa-I3-MK2-3D-Printer/253726860156) and needed a cooler mount so I designed my own. It's made to work with a 5015 blower style fan (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Evercool-EC5015HH12BA-B-50mm-x-15mm-DC-12V-High-Speed-2-Ball-Bearing-Blower-Fan/321435074835) designed specifically for the E3D Slimline motor (https://e3d-online.com/motors-slimline-motor), which is only 25mm in length. If you're using a compact but powerful motor, this won't fit as that motor is 40mm long. It's made to bolt together with four M3 heat-set inserts (https://www.ebay.com/itm/M3-Brass-Threaded-Heat-Set-Inserts-for-Plastic-3D-Printing-Metal-Nuts/183784464603) and two M4 heat-set inserts (https://www.ebay.com/itm/M4-4mm-M4-5-5-Brass-Threaded-Heat-Set-Inserts-for-3D-Printing-Bolts-Screws-Metal/183788296450). I have not printed this yet or tested how well the cooler works. I plan on printing this sometime within the next week or so and hopefully getting my printer back up and running in a few weeks with a bunch of upgrades. Once I print and test it, I'll update this page. This is a work in progress until I get it printed and tested. The files might change in the coming weeks. If someone prints this before I have a chance to let you know if it works, thanks! 6/13/19: I've printed this but haven't gotten it mounted yet. Once I get it mounted, I still have a bunch of setup to do on my printer before I can fully test it out. Printed in Gizmodorks Black PLA at 0.18mm layer heights with 15% infill. A raft and supports were used, however supports are only needed for the "Duct Mount" file. I printed all three parts at once, taking about 90 minutes.
