Blow tube sabot

People: To construct a simple sabot shell, pair 3mm nails with a 10mm blow tube. This creation was built on a Sunday afternoon to combat boredom. Spare parts used include a 10/12 mm aluminum pipe and some 3.1x60mm nails that were already in possession. Instructions for use: Find a pipe with an inner diameter of 10mm to be successful. Utilize nails that are at least 45mm in length and 3mm thick. Common sense must prevail and caution is recommended when operating this sabot shell. A two-shell minimum must be printed, using materials like ABS or Nylon and brightly colored designs for recovery purposes. Verify the shells fit loosely in the pipe during mounting. This may require sanding down the ends or redrilling the central hole. Fins are added by removing the nails head and then hammering the printed fins onto the nail's back with care.
