Innovative method to collect and conserve CO2 during fermentation, enabling cold crashing of the fermenter while replenishing the saved CO2. No need for backflushing that could spoil the fermented product, nor exposure to air is required. Coincidentally, the used thread (M14x2) fits perfectly with my fermentasaurus, so all threads employed can be utilized on the standard fermentasaurus lid.
