The mirror setup sits on a stem attached to an ABENICS active sphere gear that can be oriented in any direction. The sphere gear housing can be attached to any rover. The mirror mechanism can expand in radius by actuating the arms using slots. the mirrors are housed on top of a base that is actuated by 3 linear actuators to adjust the the angle of mirrors more precisely.The mirror is a sheet of highly reflective material attached on a Myrad mechanism. The mirrors "Bloom" to its actual size after the mechanism expands.The design can be modified by tinkering with the Myrad mechanism to fit any vehicle specs. The overall design is very light weight and thanks to the active ball joint and linear-actuated mirror bases precise.
